Microsoft Azure: Updated Regional Trade Compliance Addendum to Compliance with Trade Laws in the Disconnected Operations for Azure Local terms.

Microsoft Power Platform: Removed AI Builder capacity add-on from Availability and Purchasing Minimum tables.

Amazon Workspaces Deployments: Added Microsoft 365 E3/A3/G3 - Unattended License to list of Eligible Products.

Universal Terms for Online Services: Updated the Acceptable Use Policy terms for clarity. Added terms for Excessive Use and Purchasing Consumption Services.

Privacy & Security Terms: Added link to Data Residency for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat. Removed Priva - Subject Rights Request from Core Online Services.

Microsoft 365: Added 365 Apps for business and Microsoft Teams Essentials to the terms that state the customers may not provision more than 300 Subscription Licenses. Removed Priva - Subject Rights request from the Availability tables and Service Specific terms.

Microsoft Teams: Added terms regarding notifications.

Agent 365: Added EES Availability table, Product Conditions and update the License Prerequisites table.

Privacy& Security Terms: Added Microsoft 365 Agent to EU Data Boundaries table. Added new Azure Core Services, updated names, removed deprecated services.

Microsoft Azure: Introduced a “Microsoft Azure AI Services” definition to ensure certain cross-cutting terms apply to all Azure services incorporating AI. Clarified Azure Hybrid Benefit terms to reflect that only one of the Azure Local SKUs is available for Azure Hybrid Benefit.

Microsoft Dragon Copilot: Removed the term indicating that a customer may not deploy licenses in the same tenant.

Microsoft Power Platform: Added clarification of liability for query data obligation.

GitHub Offerings: The section of the Product Terms for GitHub Offerings related to GitHub Copilot are no longer needed and have been removed.

Updated terms throughout to support the launch of Software Assurance in the Microsoft Customer Agreement and launch of Microsoft 365 E7.

Universal Terms for Online Services: Updated Responsible Use of Microsoft AI Services terms to cover use of automated classifiers for AI Services.

Office Applications and Microsoft 365 Applications: added "Use for training AI Models" to clarify that outputs generated through Robotic Process Automation, bots, or other similar technologies may not be used to develop, train, evaluate, improve AI or machine learning models.

Microsoft 365: Updated the use limitations for Microsoft 365 – Unattended License to reinforce its use for automation and task execution scenarios.

Microsoft Azure: Added new terms for Azure Capacity Blocks.

Microsoft Power Platform: Added Windows 365 for Agents add-on for Microsoft Copilot Studio to Availability Table.

Microsoft Defender Experts: Updated Prerequisites for Microsoft Defender Experts for Servers.

Agent 365: Added new terms for launch of Agent 365.

Glossary: Added definition for Azure Capacity Blocks.
